Under the conditions of the rated voltage, current and power factor of 1, a heat source is added to the product to make it move for 2000 times, which should meet the following conditions:
A:Operation temperature shall not shift form initial temperature by less than ±5℃;
B:Contact circuit resistance: Less than 50mOHM;
C:No welding or shedding of electrical contacts;
D:Continue the experiment to 10,000 times also can action.
| Tips |
The temperature increasing speed should be 1℃/2 minutes when conducting temperature calibration;
Vacuum varnish immersion is not recommended ,this warranty does not cover;
Products with high contact resistance are usually removed by following methods to remove the oxide film on the surface of the electrical contact.
