After sales service



 



1.The quality warranty period of the hydraulic pipe bending machine is 24 months after passing the acceptance inspection. During this period, if any equipment malfunctions or damages occur, the supplier shall be responsible for free on-site maintenance



 



2. During the warranty period, upon receiving the service request notification, promptly respond by phone. The maintenance personnel shall arrive at the site within 24 hours. During the warranty and after-sales service process, the maintenance personnel shall ensure that the fault is not eliminated and shall not leave the site until they are satisfied



 



3. After the warranty period expires, promptly respond by phone upon receiving notification of service requirements. The repair personnel will arrive at the site within 24 hours, and the cost of repair materials will be charged at a discounted price. No repair labor will be charged, and transportation costs will be reimbursed based on actual expenses



 





Acceptance and training



 



1. Factory acceptance



(1) After the equipment is manufactured, pre factory acceptance must be carried out at the manufacturing plant. Someone will be sent to the site for equipment acceptance



(2) After being signed and confirmed as qualified by both parties, the CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine can be shipped



 



2. Training



Immediately upon arrival of the equipment, personnel will be arranged to provide free equipment guidance, installation, debugging, and training for operators and maintenance personnel. Free technical training will be provided to train operators to familiarize them with their performance, operate and use the equipment proficiently, until they have fully mastered it
